Bridgnorth Castle

Bridgnorth Castle is the starting point of the geopark way. Today all that remains of the Norman castle is the keep. It leans at an incredible 15 degree angle, thanks to a botched demolition job by the Parliamentarians in 1646, during the English Civil War.
