Waymarking of the trail has been steadily taking place since May 2009. The image below shows an example of a Geopark Way Trail marker. These can be found on fingerposts, gates and styles along the route

Currently (October 2009) the following sections of the trail have been waymarked:

Section 1 Bridgnorth to Dudmaston

Section 2 Dudmaston to Highley

Section 3 Highley to Kinlet

Section 4 Kinlet to Bewdley

Section 5 Bewdley to Larford Lake

Section 6 Larford Lake to Abberley

Section 7 Abberley to Martley

Section 8 Martley to Alfrick

Section 9 Alfrick to North Malvern

Section 10 North Malvern to Colwall

A program is in place to complete the waymarking of the trail from Colwall to Gloucester during the months of October and November 2009

THE MALVERN HILLS
Please note that waymarkers do not, and will never, be placed along the trail over the Malvern Hills. The trail route directions together with the additional detailed map within the Geopark Way trail guide are in such detail that you can follow with the trail without need for waymarkers on the Malvern Hills
